How to close your Rebody account, what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
Your sign-in details, your profile, your saved delivery addresses, your health profile and your wishlist are removed, and you are signed out on every device. You will no longer be able to sign in.
Completed orders and the tax invoices issued for them are kept for the period Saudi tax law requires a business to retain its VAT records. Those invoices carry the name, address and phone number that were on the order when it was issued, and that cannot be changed afterwards — an invoice has to keep saying what it said. Nothing in that record is used to contact you again.
Send us the request from the account’s own email address, and we will confirm by email once it is done. If you have an order in progress, tell us whether you want it delivered first — deletion cannot be undone.
You do not need to delete your account to stop hearing from us. Ask us to unsubscribe instead, and your orders, invoices and saved addresses stay exactly where they are.
