Multi-Frequency Segmental Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) using eight touch electrodes and three frequencies: 5, 50 and 250 kHz.
The ACCUNIQ BC380 sends a very low electrical current through the body using eight contact electrodes. It measures impedance at multiple frequencies and analyzes body composition, including body fat, skeletal muscle, body water and their distribution across the arms, legs and trunk. The measurement takes approximately 30 seconds.
The body composition measurement is completed in approximately 30 seconds, and the results are available immediately after the analysis.
Adults who want to understand their body composition Clients beginning a nutrition or weight-management program Clients following body-sculpting or fitness programs Clients who need to monitor muscle, fat or body-water changes
Clients with pacemakers or implanted electronic medical devices unless medically approved Pregnancy unless approved by the responsible healthcare professional Inability to stand safely or maintain the required measurement position Open wounds or conditions preventing safe contact with the electrodes Any case considered unsuitable by the responsible healthcare professional
Avoid a heavy meal immediately before the measurement. Avoid intensive exercise before the session. Use the restroom before the measurement when possible. Remove shoes, socks and heavy metal accessories. Inform the specialist about pregnancy, implanted electronic devices or any relevant medical condition. For progress tracking, repeat measurements under similar conditions whenever possible.
Review the results with the qualified specialist. Keep the report for comparison with future measurements. Follow the nutrition, activity or wellness plan recommended by the responsible specialist. Repeat the analysis according to the approved follow-up schedule.
A detailed report showing weight, body fat mass, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, visceral fat indicators, basal metabolic rate and segmental fat and muscle distribution. Repeated measurements can help track changes over time.
Results may be affected by hydration, meals, physical activity and measurement conditions. The analysis supports professional assessment and progress tracking but does not replace medical diagnosis or consultation.
