Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept product returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be in its original packaging with all accessories
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
• A proof of purchase or order number must be provided

After receiving and inspecting the returned product and verifying it meets all conditions, the refund will be processed within:

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used dietary supplements
• Personal care products after opening or use
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Products purchased during final clearance sales (unless defective)

You may exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, with the difference to be paid. The same return conditions apply to exchange requests.
